In this five week teleseries you practice the art of letting go in every area of your life while deeply rejuvenating your body. As you lay in a comfortable position and listen to Stacy's soothing Yoga Nidra instructions you will be training your mind to: become aware, consciously respond rather than automatically react from habitual patterns, and align with the peace of your true nature.
Yoga Nidra is the ultimate power nap of deep healing and restoration. It is the perfect antidote to stress, exhaustion, fear and overwhelm. As you learn how to relax and become more conscious in these classes, you will transform the relationship to your entire life.
Yoga Nidra which is Yogic Sleep/Deep Relaxation is actually dynamic sleep. It is the threshold state between sleep and wakefulness where contact with the subconscious and unconscious occurs spontaneously at a deeper level of awareness. Yoga Nidra deep relaxation is deeply restorative. One hour of Yoga Nidra practice is equivalent to four hours of regular sleep.
Successfully practiced, Yoga Nidra helps calm the mind, teaches us how to let go rather than hold on, calms anxious energy, eliminates depression, increases access to inner knowledge and creativity, develops memory and deeply relaxes the entire body. Developing the capacity to witness thoughts rather than being attached to them, is also cultivated in Yoga Nidra. This program teaches you how to consciously respond with personal power, unconditional love and wisdom, instead of reacting on automatic pilot.

Quiet uninterrupted time to rest in the comfort of your home while Stacy Kamala Waltman guides you through the stages of Yoga Nidra on the telephone.
Speaker phone or phone headset or ear buds
Blanket or covering to keep the body warm as people often report a drop in body temperature as they deeply relax

Course Schedule:
5 progressively paced, evenings on the telephone leading you deeper and deeper into the blissful state of your true nature. The group dynamic of participants living in all parts of the world while simultaneously experiencing this deep relaxation experience is grounding. The collective group energy is enhanced with the participants holding the same energetic communication.
Unlike an in-person class that is over after the class ends, in this series a recording of each class is emailed to participants within 24 hours so if you miss one or all of the actual calls, you won't miss the class. And, with the recordings, you can practice these techniques until skill is developed.

In this culture of over-exertion, over-extension, a coffee hut on every corner, media over-stimulation, and excessive noise, relaxation has been pushed aside. Replaced by activity and consumed by the effort, we often think ourselves lazy if we aren't busy. Our ability to be fully present and our degree of authenticity often become lost in forward moving, frenetic activity.
